On Saturday, March 4th, several SJA Bloodhound middle school students won awards at the 1st Annual Diocesan Vocations Art Contest. The contest selected three winners in each grade from PreK to 8th grades with all Catholic schools in the Diocese participating. SJA students swept the 7th grade honors, taking 1st, 2nd, & 3rd places while SJA 8th graders took 1st and 3rd place prizes. Each winner had their artwork framed along with a basket of prizes, and their artwork will be used by the Diocese to promote vocations to all states of life (priest, consecrated Brother & Sister, married, and single life).
