Today, Stas Stamatiou, Marist Bayonne ‘20, concludes his service as a Marist Youth Ministry Intern. Many thanks to him for all he has contributed to Making Jesus Known and loved through his witness of Marist spirit during Marist Youth programs this past year. He will be applying to law schools and is looking forward to getting involved as a Marist Young Professional.

Last weekend, 20 Marist Young Adults from across the USA and Canada gathered for the Marist Young Adults Summit in Esopus. They spent one day reflecting on the Epiphany, their own faith journeys, and the gifts they share with the Marist Family. Additionally, Brothers. Dan O'Riordan and Brian Poulin met with the Marist Young Adults to gather input as they prepare for the General Chapter next September.

MARIST YOUTH MISSION CONFERENCE 2024: Stas, Julian, and Leylah helped lead the third Marist Youth Mission Conference that took place at Our Lady of Florida Spiritual Center in North Palm Beach, FL, last month. Students from seven schools around the USA Province had the special opportunity to learn about the importance of the Marist mission and how it is lived out globally around the institute, locally within their school communities and personally - in the lives of every Marist.

PILGRIMAGE TO FRANCE: In June 2025, Marist Young Adults will set out on Pilgrimage to France to explore our Marist foundations! The group will be staying at l'Hermitage, the house that Fr. Champagant and the early Brothers built. and exploring important sites of key events in our Marist history including the Basilica of Our Lady of Fourviere in Lyon, the Memorare in the Snow, the dying Montagne Boy, and the first Marist Community at LaValla. They will also be visiting Le Puy and the village of Taize.

MARIST YOUTH INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: One of the paid Marist Youth Ministry internship positions opens this month! Intern contributes to the mission of the Marist Brothers Province of the United States by supporting the work of the Marist Youth and Young Adult Ministry. The program is a formative experience in the field of Catholic Youth Ministry and the Marist mission of making Jesus Known and Loved in the lives of young people. Position is 12-18 months and you must be 21+. Interns will be offered a stipend to be paid bi-weekly. Learn more here.
