Champagnat Hall, located in the Bronx, New York, is home to many of our retired and elderly Marist Brothers. As a community dedicated to care, hospitality, and companionship, Champagnat Hall provides a place where Brothers can continue to live their vocation while receiving the support they need. Throughout the year, residents remain connected to the wider Marist family through celebrations, service projects, and visits from students, staff, and friends.
Despite rainy weather moving the celebration indoors, the annual Memorial Day Barbecue at Champagnat Hall was filled with warmth, laughter, and community spirit. Residents, Brothers, staff, and guests gathered to enjoy good food, lively conversation, and the joy of spending time together.
As the nation paused to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country, the gathering also offered an opportunity for gratitude and reflection. In the midst of fellowship and celebration, participants remembered the sacrifices of so many and gave thanks for the freedoms they made possible
