Congratulations to Melissa Valadez, '90, on being appointed the new President/Interim Principal at Saint Joseph Academy by the Marist Brothers' USA Province!
She is married to Cristobal Valadez, II and is a proud mother of three alumni (Cristian '10, Cristobal, III '10, and Eros '17). Mrs. Valadez has served at Saint Joseph Academy for the past 19 years in various positions (teacher, department chair, Dean of Middle Division, and for the past nine years as the school's Principal). Her experience, connections, and deep passion for the Marist Mission will bring Saint Joseph Academy to new heights. Congratulations to Mrs. Valadez on this new chapter in her life, for we are certain she will thrive well into the future!
