On November 8, Marist University re-dedicated the original St Ann's Hermitage building as the Sammon House, named in honor of Br. Sean Sammon ('70) who served then Marist College as a Trustee, Scholar in Residence, and mentor to many, including during his time as novice director. Aside from being the on-campus resident of the University President, the first floor has been designed as a space for community engagement. Speakers at the dedication included Kevin Weinman (President), Br. John Klein (Trustee), and Fr. Richard LaMorte.
