The Marist Brothers USA Province launched its 2025 Laudato Si’ Action Plan over the weekend, reaffirming a Province-wide commitment to integral ecology and marking the tenth anniversary of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’: On Care for Our Common Home.
The Marist Green Team joins the international community in mourning the passing of Jane Goodall, the great primatologist, conservationist, and author. We pray for her eternal rest and that we may continue her legacy of deep reverence for the larger community of creation.
On October 4, an online prayer service was offered by Season of Creation to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis, using the theme of "Peace with Creation" (Isaiah 32:14-18). This prayer experience offered an opportunity for participants to make specific commitments to the Laudato Si' Action Platform.
