The newly constituted Esopus Gatehouse Community (consisting of Bros. Brian Poulin, Sam Amos, and David Freiler) has been cooking for Deaf Camp this week. It is the first time in several years that a team of Esopus cooks has consisted entirely of Marist Brothers!
