Br. George Di Carluccio was a candidate with the Marist Brothers from 1968-1974, during which time he worked at Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA. He entered the Marist Novitiate in Cold Spring-on-Hudson, NY in 1974, professed his First Vows in 1975, and his Perpetual Vows in 1982. Br. George has a BA in Social Studies from Marist College and an MA in Religious Studies from Rivier College. During his career as a Marist Brother he has served as a Marist Educator at St. Joseph High School in Trumbull, CT (1975-76), Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA (1976-83), the Office of Catholic Education for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, WV (1983-84), Madonna High School in Weirton, WV (1984-87), Mount St. Michael Academy in the Bronx, NY (1987-93), Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, NY (1993-98), Msgr. Edward Pace High School in Opa Locka, FL (1998-2006), St. Joseph Academy in Brownsville, TX (2006-12), and Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, FL (2012-Present). During his many years, he has shared his love of Yankee Baseball with many young people as a high school baseball coach on both the JV and Varsity levels. Br. George currently serves as an academic administrative assistant at Christopher Columbus High School.
