The Marist family of Arco Norte gathered for the IV Regional Assembly, a significant moment of reflection, dialogue, and discernment for the region. Bringing together Brothers and lay Marists from across the provinces that make up Arco Norte, the Assembly provided an opportunity to listen to one another, share experiences, and reflect on the future of our shared mission.
Arco Norte is a diverse and vibrant region that includes communities and ministries across North America, Mexico, Central America, and the Andean region of South America. The Assembly offers participants a space to strengthen relationships across cultures and provinces while deepening collaboration in service of young people and the wider Marist mission.
Throughout the Assembly, participants engage in prayer, presentations, group dialogue, and shared reflection. Together, they explore the current realities of the region, recognize the richness of Marist life and mission in each province, and discern priorities for the years ahead.
Guided by the calls of the XXIII General Chapter and the broader vision of the Marist Institute, the Assembly invites participants to imagine how the Arco Norte region can continue responding creatively and faithfully to the needs of today’s world.
More than simply a working meeting, the Assembly is also an opportunity to experience the spirit of Marist family and fraternity. Through shared prayer, conversation, and cultural exchange, participants deepen the bonds that unite the region and strengthen the sense of communion that characterizes the Marist charism.
As the Assembly unfolds, this page will feature daily updates, reflections, and highlights, offering a window into the conversations, experiences, and discernment taking place among Marists of Arco Norte.
Together, we continue building a future rooted in faith, collaboration, and our shared commitment to making Jesus known and loved among children and young people.
