Initial Formation of a Lay Marist

Program Dates: May 16 - May 18, 2025

Discovering Our Call is a program designed to meet the formation needs of those outside of school ministry. It is for Lay Marists who would like to grow in their understanding of Marist mission and spirituality. Held on a weekend to accommodate work schedules, Discovering Our Call also invites participants to pursue how to bring the mission out into the greater world, in families, work places, and leisure pursuits.

Topics to be presented include: Our Founder: Marcellin Champagnat, Marist Spirituality, Being Marist: In the Workplace and In Life, The Five Pillars of Marist Life.


Cost: $150

(financial assistance is always available to those in need)

This fee includes overnight stay at the Marist Brothers Center @ Esopus, meals, socials, and program materials.
