Brothers have been invited in our ministries to give vocation talks about Marist life. Bro. Mike Sheerin gave a talk to 400 college students at St. John’s University in February at their Sunday Night Student Mass.
Other Vocation Recruitment highlights this year include our Novices presenting their stories in Lawrence, Texas, Miami, Marist College and in Chicago. Additional opportunities for young people from our schools to join with us in numerous service projects during the year include LaValla Service Retreats, as well as our upcoming Annual Foundation Stones week in June.
We have six young men discerning Marist life around the country. They have been invited to our annual Foundation Stones week in Esopus this June to get to know each other along with our Novices and Accompaniment members as one way to encourage each other along the journey of discernment. Let us keep them in our prayers.
From our Novices to our elderly and disabled Brothers, your support of our Mission and those who embody it is critical. Consider a gift today to help our retired Marist Brothers or learn about your gifts impact here.
